What is CrossFit?

​

Constantly varied – A 1 hour class that differs everyday, mixing bodyweight movements, weightlifting exercises and cardio training. You’ll never be bored in the gym again!

High Intensity – We push ourselves to adapt and grow in our health and fitness. Intensity is relative to each individual person on any given day. Our expert Coaches will help you find the pace that’s right for you.

Functional – We prioritise movements that are natural in human behaviour and occur spontaneously in life (e.g. deadlift = picking up your shopping bags). These movements also give you more bang for your buck!​
